Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a talented and hard-working CNA to join their ever-growing team. Today, under new ownership, we are creating an inimitable, revitalizing Rehabilitation Environment to provide the short term patient with a luxurious, five-star experience that meets and exceeds all expectations. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, etc.) Assist residents with dental care, nail care, hair care, etc. Assure residents are kept dry to avoid breakdown. Bed bound residents need turned and positioned every couple hours. Obtain resident’s current weight when instructed. Serve food trays to residents and document food/fluid intake and output in resident’s medical record. Inventory and mark all residents possessions. Make resident’s beds and keep room neat and tidy. Maintain confidentiality with resident information. Assure resident privacy at all times. Qualifications / Requirements Must possess CNA certification in the state of FL. Excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in long term care preferred. Must be in good physical and mental health. Ability to work independently or as part of a group. Effectively communicate with others. Pay based on experience $15-$16/hr. Background Screening Requirement This position is subject to Florida background screening requirements.
