What you’ll do- Set up, initiate, and power down machines exactly per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Track performance indicators and machine conditions to sustain safe, efficient, continuous output
- Guard product quality throughout the process through checks and adjustments
- Operate with strict adherence to safety rules, policies, and internal procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workstation
- Comfort reading and following detailed work instructions and SOPs
- Proven commitment to safety and quality
- Mechanical aptitude (preferred)
- Availability and flexibility to work a rotating schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable—day in and day out
- A collaborative teammate who communicates and supports others
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing setting
