Registered Nurse - Home Health

Location: Adams and Franklin Counties

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a rotation every 4th weekend.

Job Description: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in a tobacco and fragrance-free facility. Candidates may care for COVID patients as necessary and must be willing to cross county lines for patient care when deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conducting patient assessments and managing medications
• Coordinating services and ensuring patient compliance
• Managing and documenting care for patients using the Epic charting system
• Performing technical nursing tasks, including wound care and vital signs monitoring
• Providing education to patients about their care and treatment plans

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• ASN or BSN degree required
• Valid RN license; no license hits are accepted
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred
