Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU

Registered Nurse Critical Care

Schedule: 12-hour Night Shifts; 1900-0730, 3 shifts per week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• KS RN or Compact RN License
• BLS and ACLS Certification
• NIHF Certification
• 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care/Intensive Care Unit
• Experience with CRRT, BiPAPs, drawing own labs, and chest tubes
• Experience with PICC lines
• Comfort conducting codes and managing own consults
• Open heart experience on day 1 with pacer wires
• Experience floating to ICU and all inpatient units including med/surge, med/tele, acute/tele, and ED

Compliance / Notes:

• Will start with 8 hours of non-billable orientation
• Current EMR is EPIC
• Bi-weekly pay period
• Cancellation policy allows the client to cancel one shift per 2-week pay period without pay to the employee; notice will be provided via Smart Square
• No requests for time off during the World Cup (June 11 - July 19) will be accommodated unless minimal
