Shipping Clerk

If you enjoy keeping workflows on track, communicating across teams, and making sure every detail is right — this could be the perfect opportunity for you.If You’re Someone Who…Enjoys keeping things organizedLikes a role with variety and movementTakes pride in precise, dependable workCommunicates clearly and proactively…then we’d love to meet you!Responsibilities- Shipping & Logistics: Prepare, package, label, and process outbound shipments while ensuring compliance with company and carrier requirements.Shipment Coordination: Partner with carriers and internal teams to support on-time deliveries, schedule pickups, and manage shipping timelines.Documentation Management: Maintain accurate shipping records, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.Data Entry & Systems Tracking: Enter and update shipment information in warehouse management systems and utilize Excel and Outlook for reporting, communication, and scheduling.Issue Resolution & Communication: Collaborate across departments to resolve shipping issues and provide updates on shipment status, delays, and documentation requirements.** Qualifications**High school diploma or equivalent required.2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or a related logistics environment preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.Working knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory control, warehouse operations, and warehouse management systems (WMS).Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in a fast-paced environment.*New Hire Bonus Program being offered, up to $1,000 within your first year! #J-18808-Ljbffr 100Hires, Inc.
