AI & Automation Solutions Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

• Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered tools and technologies to improve business processes.
• Design, build, test, and maintain workflow automations that eliminate manual tasks and increase efficiency.
• Assist in developing AI-driven solutions for reporting, communication, data analysis, document management, recruiting, customer service, and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes across departments.

Systems Integration & Process Optimization

• Support integration and optimization of HR, payroll, accounting, property management, hospitality, and operational platforms.
• Assist in connecting systems through APIs, automation platforms, and third-party integrations.
• Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Create process maps and automation documentation to support operational excellence.

Technical Support & Development

• Assist with coding, scripting, and automation development using tools such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, integration issues, and system-related challenges.
• Support database maintenance, data validation, reporting, and information management initiatives.
• Assist with dashboard creation and business intelligence reporting.

Collaboration & Innovation

• Partner with department leaders to understand operational challenges and identify technology-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical automation and AI initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends, AI advancements, automation technologies, and emerging best practices.
• Participate in technology projects that improve efficiency, employee experience, and organizational scalability.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Systems Technology, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred

• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, Make, n8n, UiPath, or similar tools.
• Exposure to AI technologies including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, OpenAI APIs, or other AI platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Knowledge of cloud-based business applications and SaaS platforms.
