Position Details

• Type of Position: Contingent role
• Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm EST. Post-training hours may shift to 12pm - 9pm.
• Location: Onsite at Indy Campus

As a part of our Operations team, you will support the organization through a variety of tasks. The role involves back office functions related to field support and case management, resolving issues in our operating systems, and researching problems encountered by field representatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide reporting support and monitor field rosters and assigned territory responsibilities.
• Develop, maintain, and assemble information/documentation that supports business operations and standard operating procedures.
• Act as a primary contact for escalated issues and requests concerning complex processes or procedures.
• Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize databases or spreadsheets to maintain program logistics and measure program effectiveness.
• Adhere to department guidelines and perform quality control program assessments by conducting audits.
• Solicit feedback to improve current processes and act as a key resource to others in the department.
• Participate in special projects requiring business area expertise.

Requirements

• Associate's degree and 1 year of experience
• Proven ability to solve complex problems in a timely manner
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes related to the area of support
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously
• Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in various software packages

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or supply chain
• SAP and Salesforce experience
• Advanced skills in data entry, Google Apps and Drives, MS Office
