Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.****The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.**Holman's upfitting division has an opening for a***Part Time Gig/Driver*** to join our team in our ***Simpsonville, KY*** location.* Pay: $20 per hour* Schedule: Monday - Friday* Hours: Flexible* Maximum 32 hours per week* Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record* **What will you do?*** Pick up and deliver vehicles from one shop lot to another.* Receive vehicles using computerized tablet, note as unidentified and report out status.* Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.* Familiarity with basic automotive maintenance tasks, such as tire pressure checks and fluid top-ups/Jumping vehicles etc.* Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work* **What are we looking for?*** Valid driver's license and clean driving record.* Adaptability for changing needs of the business.* Strong work ethic and sense of urgency to get the job done.* A desire to be outside 90% of the day, year-round.* Contribute positively to the overall work environment by demonstrating a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed.* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure positive experiences and effective resolution of inquiries or concerns.#LI-AA1**At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
