As a Sales Associate, we pay on a volume-based pay plan: 10 sold vehicles a month pays $55,250 a year 15 sold vehicles a month pays $97,250+ a year 25 sold vehicles a month pays $180,000+ a year!!! You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
