Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director – Merritt Island, FL

Synergy Care is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)/Rehab Director for a full-time position in an outpatient clinic located within an Assisted Living/Independent Living (AL/IL) community in Merritt Island, FL .

We are looking for a team-oriented COTA who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or graduating within 6 months)

Current NBCOT certification (COTA) required

Active Louisiana OTA license (or eligible for licensure)

Strong communication and teamwork skills
