Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events from inception to completion.
• Support sales team by preparing sales materials and managing client communications.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure event requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate databases and track sales leads and event attendance.
• Prepare reports and presentations for sales and event performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event coordination or sales support is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
