Job Description Sales Representative – Wixom, Michigan.TruGreen accepts applications on an ongoing basis. As a TruGreen Field Sales Representative, you will be the welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. Responsibilities Engage with homeowners face‑to‑face, understanding their needs and delivering custom lawn care solutions. Conduct door‑to‑door outreach with professionalism, energy, and positivity. Customize sales messaging to match each household’s lawn care needs. Convert “just looking” into “just signed” using proven sales methodology. Log interactions and track performance using a CRM. Cross‑sell and upsell lawn care products with precision. Qualifications High school diploma or GED (PhD in People Skills encouraged). Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing. Self‑starter with excellent time‑management skills. Comfortable using mobile devices and CRM technology. Physically able to walk, stand, and lift up to 25 pounds outdoors. English speaking, reading, and writing fluently. Pay & Benefits Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions; average earnings $875–$1,200 per week. Annual salary range $27,669.00 – $58,865.00, dependent on qualifications.
