Position: Data Analyst Location: Dallas, Texas (3 days onsite per week ) Duration: Long term In-person interview Mandatory Max Pay rate : $55/hr on C2C Job description: Strong analytical skills 6-8 years' Experience Required Comfort using AI for data analysis The ability to connect to databases and run queries Job Summary: Data Analyst / Data Engineer role is to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain. The candidate should have strong experience understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools for insights.
