Certifications/Licence:

• BLS

• RN Dialysis
• 2-year degree in nursing required.
• 4-year degree in nursing preferred.
• Must hold and maintain Wisconsin Registered Nursing license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 9 months clinical nursing experience, and 3 months of specialized experience providing clinical dialysis care to patients in either chronic or acute setting (can be completed during orientation).
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.
• 3- 12 hour shifts 3am-3:30pm Holiday rotation and occasional weekends
