About the Role:

As a Home Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one support and assistance to our clients, delivering high-quality care and services that promote their independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assisting with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping

• Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, as needed

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients

• Building strong relationships with clients and their families

• Communicating effectively with our clinical team and other caregivers
