Registered Nurse - Surgery

Location: Hendersonville, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgery unit. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in circulating skills and have extensive experience in managing surgical procedures within a team-oriented environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and providing high-quality nursing care throughout the surgical process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a surgical setting.
• Utilize advanced circulating skills to support surgical teams.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Document patient information accurately using MEDITECH.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license.
• Experience in a surgery unit with strong circulating skills.
• Advanced certification may be required based on specific procedures.
• Familiarity with operating room protocols and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
