Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly (excluding on-call time)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Medical Intensive Care Unit setting
• Manage critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring and intervention
• Administer day 1 medications and perform EKG interpretation as required by the unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-acuity patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the electronic health record system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with dedicated Medical ICU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a large, high-volume acute care hospital environment
• Strong EKG interpretation skills and familiarity with day 1 medication protocols
