Job Details Job Title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Location: Alpena, MI Setting: Home Health Pay Range: 2140.80 - 2247.84 Schedule: 07:00:00 to 15:00:00 Contract Length: Varies by contract Candidate Type: Local and traveler friendly Responsibilities Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients in a home health setting. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and family members on treatment goals and therapy exercises.
