Outpatient Therapist

Location: Sherman, TX

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, 8x

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our team in Sherman, TX. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing patient-centered care with the ability to manage high productivity expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality outpatient therapy to patients, ensuring adherence to individual treatment plans.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, averaging 12-14 patients per day.
• Implement double-booking for follow-up visits as needed.
• Float to other clinics as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Accepting new graduates and first-time travelers.
