Encore at Wilmington is currently hiring for Full- Time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants CNAs in our skilled area. $19-22.50 PTO health benefits 401K for FT CNAs Responsibilities: Provide a balance of emotional and physical support that allows an individual to function at their highest level of independence including dressing, bathing, grooming, eating/feeding, bed mobility/positioning, continence care/toileting, behavioral support, ambulation/wheelchair mobility. Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents Communicates changes in residents' condition and function to nurse immediately when noted. Performs assigned tasks as directed by Unit Manager. Accountable for completion of CNA documentation which includes progress notes, percentage of meals and fluid taken, bowel sheet, and ADLs. Communicates with residents, families and co-workers utilizing a pleasant positive approach. Respects Residents Rights for Privacy and Dignity. Qualifications/Requirements: Current State of Delaware C.N.A.
