Equity Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist for a busy, patient-facing healthcare setting in Norwood, MA . This role provides direct patient care and plays an important part in ensuring providers receive timely and accurate laboratory results. Location: 1177 Providence Highway, Norwood, MA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections Release laboratory orders and prepare patients for collection Distribute collection kits and explain self-collection procedures Perform fingerstick INR testing and other point-of-care testing Centrifuge and process specimens for transport to the central laboratory Ensure specimens are accurately labeled, handled, and prepared Provide professional, compassionate care in a busy, high-volume environment Follow established safety, infection control, and patient identification procedures Qualifications 2+ years of phlebotomy experience required High school diploma or equivalent required Strong venipuncture and specimen-processing skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment Strong attention to detail and communication skills Pediatric phlebotomy experience is highly preferred Equity Staffing Group is looking for a dependable and experienced phlebotomist who can confidently manage a busy workload while providing an excellent patient experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equity Staffing Group
