Veteran In Home Caregiver

Job Summary

Upscale Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Veteran In Home Caregivers to join our team in Concho, AZ. As a trusted provider of home care services, we are dedicated to empowering veterans and seniors to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. We are proud to offer a unique opportunity for individuals who share our passion for delivering dignified support to our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home care services to veterans and seniors, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Deliver tailored care plans designed to meet the unique needs and preferences of each client
Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration and vital signs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for each client and their family members

Requirements

1+ years of experience in providing caregiving services, with a focus on home care settings
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers and ambulation
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
Must pass a background check and TB test
