What You'll Do As A Store Manager: You are in charge of the operation of a single store. This includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will make your store a success. Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified ADA Statement: Counter areas are often hot with steam and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are expected to stand for long periods. Employees must lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measuring 36 inches. Kitchens are hot and noise levels high, with limited storage. Employees must work in a fast‑paced environment, communicate verbally, adapt to dynamic priorities, and manage conflicts. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors such as work location and experience.
