Responsible for audits, tax, benefits, regulatory reporting, payroll, cash management, insurance claims processes, and compliance requirements·

Lead daily accounting and administrative functions, including but not limited to, payroll, payables, receivables, reporting, and internal controls·

Support and develop the accounting team·

Report on budgeting, planning, and company financial performance·

Prepare financial statements, maintain the general ledger, and manage reconciliations, cash flow, and collections·

Maintain company records, contracts, licensing, insurance, and financial documentsWhat We're Looking For·

Degree in accounting or finance·

Leadership experience in accounting, finance, or a related field within construction·

Strong understanding of reporting, cost accounting, payroll, auditing, compliance, WIP schedule and GAAP·

Experience with general ledger work, reconciliations, and financial statements·

Construction experience preferred·

A team-focused leader who enjoys mentoring others and improving processes·
