About the Position

Job Title: Dietician Profession: Dietician Specialty: Nutrition Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00-16:30 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Registered Dietitian Certifications: Required Must-Have: Ability to work independently Description: Data Collection: Unit Information: Number of Beds - outpatient Type of staff: Day Shift - Example: 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters Night Shift - Patient Ratios approximately 15-20 patients in clinic per day and PSC participation 4 days a week for approximately 1 hour Type of equipment - computer, dynamometer, handheld stopwatch (supplied by us) EMR Teleresults/Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Transplant or renal experience List typical procedures performed: Dietitian evaluation for patient nutritional status Frailty testing Weight/lifestyle recommendations to transplant recipients pre/post and donors Patient selection committee participation Best personality fit: Someone who can work well with an interdisciplinary team Ability to learn independently or with little guidance Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Business Professional or Dark Gray scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
