Senior React Developer

Salary: $103,000 - 143,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing modern front-end applications.
• Deep knowledge of React, including hooks, context, composition patterns, and performance optimization.
• Strong command of TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to turn Figma or other design mockups into production-ready interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Git workflows and effective code review practices.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines.
• Preferred: experience with TanStack Query or related tools.
• Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions.
• Preferred: experience building or maintaining shared component libraries or design systems.
• Preferred: experience in Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

• Build and scale React applications using TypeScript, modern front-end tools, and the TanStack ecosystem.
• Create responsive, accessible interfaces from design mockups with close attention to visual accuracy.
• Work with designers, backend and API engineers, and product owners to turn requirements into features.
• Develop reusable components and clear approaches to state management, styling, and data flow.
• Integrate REST or GraphQL APIs and handle complex asynchronous data flows efficiently.
• Review code constructively, with a focus on quality and maintainability.
• Improve rendering performance and load times using techniques such as caching and lazy loading.
• Contribute to component libraries or design systems to promote consistent, scalable interfaces.
• Use Git workflows and pull requests to collaborate on development.
• Take part in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, sharing ideas for continuous improvement.
