Requirements:

• BS degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current New Hampshire Physical Therapy License
• BLS certification required
• 1-year experience preferred but not required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and provide therapy services to inpatients and outpatients referred by a licensed physician.
• Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult.
• Coordinate and communicate activities with the healthcare team and the patient.
• Provide appropriate patient-related documentation, including quality assessment.
