Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med/Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Active RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS required Must-Have Skills/Experience: Healthcare experience required. For travel positions, at least one year of experience is required. Tele experience is preferred. Description: Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the Med/Surg specialty. This role involves working in an acute care setting with a focus on patient-centered care. The unit has a total of 34 beds with a patient ratio of 6:1. The patient population includes geriatric and adult patients, with occasional pediatric cases. You will utilize equipment such as infusion pumps, SCD machines, feeding tubes, and tele monitors. The electronic health record system used is Cerner. Flexibility and a willingness to assist are essential qualities for this position. Candidates should be comfortable with occasional weekend shifts. Dress code is scrub attire with closed-toed shoes.
