Full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) We are currently offering a $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for this position. Sigma Health Rehab is actively seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
