ONCOLOGY TERRITORY SALES Location: Florida | Field-BasedCompensation: $95,040–$118,800 Base (may be negotiable based on experience) + Uncapped CommissionSchedule: Full-Time | Approximately 50% TravelRequirements: Bachelor’s Degree + 6 Years of Relevant ExperiencePreferred: Oncology, Specialty Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical SalesPOSITION OVERVIEW Our client is seeking an Oncology Territory Sales professional to grow specialty pharmacy referrals and utilization, with a primary focus on oncology. This field-based role focuses on building provider relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding awareness of our client's services throughout the assigned Florida territory.WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase referrals and pharmacy utilization.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, oncologists, clinical teams, and office staff.
• Conduct in-person account visits and maintain a consistent call cycle.
• Track sales activity, identify growth opportunities, and analyze performance using Salesforce and other databases.
• Educate providers and staff on specialty pharmacy services, reimbursement processes, and available resources.
• Monitor competitors and market trends while collaborating with leadership on business objectives.
• Attend sales meetings, conferences, and training programs as needed.WHAT YOU’LL BRING
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare industry experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and account management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the assigned territory.Preferred Qualifications:
• Oncology experience.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy operations.
