As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with teamwork and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery entry requirements in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and other security-related activities in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
