Moffitt has been recognized as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in the Nation and is continually named one of the Tampa Bay Times’ Top Workplaces.**Summary**The receiving clerk is responsible for the receiving, reconciliation and distribution of all incoming supplies and equipment delivered to the Cancer Center.**The Ideal Candidate:*** Has experience using material handling equipment* Has strong organizational skills* Has good customer service skills / telephone etiquette* Has excellent written and verbal communication skills* Has experience in Mobile Supply Chain (MSCM)**Responsibilities:*** Receipt & Reconciliation of product and equipment delivered to the Cancer Center.* Delivery of products and equipment.**Credentials and Experience:**Minimum Experience Required* Minimum of one (1) year receiving experience directly involved in receiving operations within a healthcare facility, medical durable goods management, educational facility or similar supplier/distribution business.* Use of material handling equipment.* Basic computer skills**Preferred Experience:*** (1) year working specifically in Healthcare Receiving department is preferred (may be inclusive of other experience). Minimum of one (1) year experience with vendor management software and in-person (customer service) interactions preferred. Specific Workday entry preferred.**Salary Range**$16.91 - $24.64*Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.*
