Employer Industry: Electrical Infrastructure Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary range up to $176,300, with potential for additional bonuses based on sales performance Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision plans, 401(k) with company match, and employee stock purchase plan Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global organization Flexible remote work options with travel up to 50% to engage with customers Support for philanthropic activities and community engagement initiatives What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage the sales process within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Partner with independent manufacturer rep agencies to align with company objectives and performance expectations Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate the value proposition Maintain market awareness and competitive intelligence to inform planning decisions What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in selling LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in both verbal and written formats Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
