About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director, Head of Real Assets Finance Management to take on a senior leadership role with a focus on managing and optimizing finance operations for real assets funds. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of private equity-style real assets funds, including transaction support, financial close processes, and ongoing finance operations for special purpose vehicles (SPVs). This role involves acting as a key business partner to the Americas real assets leadership, driving strategic initiatives, and engaging with senior stakeholders on complex projects. The Managing Director will also lead internal teams and collaborate with external service providers to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk across the business. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in financial services and team leadership, with a proven track record in managing finance operations for funds and SPVs. Strong communication skills, the ability to resolve complex technical issues, and experience in developing high-performing teams are essential. The role requires expertise in strategic project management, process optimization, and risk reduction. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a positive culture and will be empowered to make a significant impact within a globally recognized firm.
