Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed Perform venipuncture and support fluid therapy Perform nail trims and anal gland expression Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs and maintain imaging standards Run in-house laboratory testing, including CBC/chemistry, urinalysis, cytology, and other diagnostics Safely handle and restrain patients during examinations, treatments, and procedures Educate clients with compassion, clarity, and confidence Communicate with clients regarding patient care, medications, discharge instructions, and preventive care Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and patient charts Document client interactions clearly and efficiently Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked treatment and exam areas Follow established infection-control and hospital protocols Anticipate the needs of veterinarians and teammates Collaborate with the team to maintain an efficient daily workflow Contribute to a positive, supportive hospital culture What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone who combines strong veterinary skills with reliability, compassion, curiosity, and a team-first attitude.
