Middle Office Associate
Leading Hedge Fund
A leading, top-tier hedge fund is seeking an experienced Middle Office Associate to join its rapidly growing organization. This role offers exceptional exposure to the C-suite and front office while working within a collaborative, tight-knit operations team.
The candidate will gain broad exposure to a variety of trading strategies, play a key role in supporting and enhancing trading processes, and partner closely with cross-functional teams across the firm. This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with significant opportunities for professional growth.
The ideal candidate will bring 3 - 6 years of experience within operations from a hedge fund, fund administrator, or investment firm.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee trade operations across multiple asset classes, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation.
- Partner with senior leadership to enhance operational processes and support the Firm’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor trading activity, risk exposures, and operational controls while resolving trade-related issues.
- Collaborate with investment and internal teams on reporting, process automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 6 years of experience within operations from a hedge fund, fund administrator, or investment firm
- Bachelor's Degree
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and outstanding communication skills
