Registered Nurse (RN) Manager – General Surgery | Evergreen Park, IL • $20,000 Sign-On Bonus • $58.61–$68.95/hr • Day Shift • Full-Time with Benefits

Location: Evergreen Park, IL | Full-Time, Day Shift

Hours: Mon–Fri 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM + 24/7 on-call coverage (including weekends/holidays)

Pay: $58.61 – $68.95/hr | $20K Sign-On Bonus

Lead a high-performing General Surgery team and ensure exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. This role oversees daily operations, staff scheduling, resource management, and quality initiatives while mentoring and developing your team. OR experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and staffing in General Surgery
Ensure compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Mentor and develop nursing staff
Lead initiatives to improve patient care quality and departmental performance
Respond to on-call and emergent needs

Qualifications:

BSN required | Active Illinois RN license
3–5 years progressive clinical experience (including OR)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
