UI/UX Designer
Hill Research
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling interfaces for TriClick and our web presence. You will shape how biostatisticians and clinical researchers interact with AI-powered tools. What You'll Do Design user interfaces for complex clinical data workflows Conduct user research and usability testing with domain experts Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Establish and maintain a design system Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams Requirements 3+ years of UI/UX design experience Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools Experience designing data-heavy interfaces or dashboards Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) Portfolio demonstrating enterprise or B2B design work Why Hill Research Design tools that directly impact clinical research outcomes Work with a team of scientists, engineers, and AI researchers Creative freedom in a fast-growing startup environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Hill Research
