Schedule: Full-Time | 45 Hours | Weekday and Weekend Shifts | All day shifts - No late nights

What This Role Is About

Assistant Sales Managers play a key role in creating a healthy, high-performing store environment. You will:

• Lead by example in customer interactions and ethical selling practices
• Coach and develop Sales Consultants and Technicians
• Support daily sales performance while maintaining a customer-first culture
• Monitor performance metrics and help the team improve through structured coaching
• Support inventory, operations, and overall store execution
• Step into store leadership responsibilities when needed
• This role balances accountability with mentorship, sales results with customer trust, and growth with stability.

Pay & Earning Potential

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $22.50 – $25.00 per hour
  (Approximately $52,000 – $56,000 annually based on scheduled hours)
• Includes base pay, built-in overtime, weekend premium, and performance-based incentives
• Leadership-level earning potential tied to store performance and team development
• Structured leadership development and advancement path to Store Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or high-performance sales experience
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in retail sales leadership
• Background in wireless, automotive, electronics, or specialty retail
• Experience managing performance metrics and coaching team members
