CDL Driver – 1st Shift (Direct Hire)
Pay: $22–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
We’re hiring a reliable Class A CDL Driver to deliver steel-fabricated products throughout Minnesota. This is a home-daily, day-shift role with steady hours and long-term stability.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver steel-fabricated products to customer sites
- Operate 1-Ton Trucks, Straight Trucks, and Semi-Trucks
- Load, secure, and unload materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic paperwork
- Follow scheduled routes and maintain on-time deliveries
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years of professional driving experience
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain
- Ability to read basic load sheets and material lists
- Experience operating forklifts or material-handling equipment
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Physical Expectations
- Lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Frequent climbing, walking, bending, and equipment operation
- Ability to safely enter and exit trucks throughout the day
