Employees enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Why This Finance Manager RoleJoin a rapidly growing organization where you can make a visible impact on the business and its future growth.Take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while partnering directly with executive leadership.Help build and enhance FP&A systems, reporting tools, and scalable processes that support continued expansion.Enjoy a highly collaborative, hybrid work environment that offers flexibility and regular interaction with business leaders.Opportunity for significant professional growth as the finance function and organization continue to evolve.Finance Manager Key ResponsibilitiesLead all FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.Provide actionable financial insights and decision support to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.Partner with Sales, Operations, and other departments to evaluate profitability, pricing, staffing needs, and strategic initiatives.Develop financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses to support investments and growth opportunities.Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting capabilities, and analytics to support a growing organization.Finance Manager QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis with ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, analytical, and advanced Excel skills.Proven ability to partner with business leaders and communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.Healthcare industry experience preferred; experience in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment is a plus.Self-starter with strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
