Customer Service Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Greet visitors and accomplish all necessary front office tasks
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars, including clients, vendors, and staff meetings
• Distribute correspondence, accomplish clerical tasks, and direct messages to designated parties
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
• Write and edit documents such as emails, letters, database recording
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Data entry and extensive documentation in proprietary database
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) and 1+ years of office support experience are required. Starting pay based on experience.
