Description – Your Contributions

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests—covering areas such as chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate test results with attention to detail, troubleshoot potential issues, and ensure lab instruments are well-maintained and calibrated.
• Support specimen collection efforts and assist in preparing samples for analysis as needed.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all processes, offer training to newcomers, and uphold quality assurance standards within the laboratory.
• Maintain a tidy and secure workspace, adhering strictly to safety regulations and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, in addition to preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Current certification must be maintained throughout your employment here.
