As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.57 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, loading docks, trailer yards, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs of visitors, deliveries, and security-related incidents. Observe shipping and receiving activity and report damaged property, suspicious behavior, policy violations, and other security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
