In this full-time position, you'll support an early childhood caseload, developing individualized education plans and creating a nurturing learning environment. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth, celebrate developmental milestones, and address unique needs with creativity and compassion.


What we're looking for:

• Certification in Special Education or eligibility to obtain credentials for early childhood settings
• Previous experience working with early childhood populations preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to supporting young children in achieving their fullest potential

Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering specialized instruction tailored to individual student needs
• Developing and implementing IEPs and progress reports

• Tracking and documenting student performance and making instructional adjustments as necessary
