Outpatient Oncology/Hematology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

The CPS will be responsible for utilizing clinical expertise to enhance drug therapy outcomes within the Health System. The role involves direct patient care, influencing physician prescribing practices, and precepting pharmacy students. Qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and completion of pharmacy residencies in Hematology/Oncology.
