Receptionist Sugar Land TX 77478 Job Duties:

• Greeting visitors and clients in a professional and polished front desk environment
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls with strong business etiquette and professionalism
• Managing front desk area to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff and leadership
• Performing clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
• Assisting team members with administrative support tasks as needed
• Maintaining visitor logs and ensuring compliance with office security procedures
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal partners and external clients
• Supporting daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
