Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient climates while crafting personalized treatment regimens

Implement interventions geared toward improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality

Engage with nurses, doctors, case managers, and other rehab experts to maximize treatment outcomes

Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and at-home exercise routines

Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress in adherence to facility protocols and regulatory requirements

Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and care team discussions to ensure cohesive care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

Preferred CPR certification

Additional specialized certifications (e.g. in neurology, geriatrics) are advantageous but not obligatory

Prior experience is highly preferred

Proficient in treating patients with intricate medical and mobility challenges

Strong abilities in communication and teamwork
