Your Impact on the Team

Step into the role of Chemical Manufacturing Operator for our morning shift—Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 am. Here, you will gain hands-on experience in quality control, changeovers, and the operation of blending/batching systems managing hazardous chemicals. Your role will include vigilant compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and maintaining stringent documentation standards integral to the production workflow.

Core Duties in This Role

• Conduct thorough quality checks routinely
• Manage continuous chemical processing operations
• Ensure adherence to waste disposal guidelines
• Enforce all applicable OSHA safety protocols
• Generate precise and timely production documents
• Follow batch processing guidelines meticulously
• Utilize math skills to oversee operations

Qualifications Required

• GED or high school diploma
• Minimum of three years in a processing role
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong math background
• Past emergency response involvement
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work in potentially hazardous conditions
• Willingness to utilize protective gear

Physical Demands:

• Capability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to climb ladders regularly
• Manual dexterity for equipment tasks
• Endurance for standing extended hours
