Manager, Technology Risk Management

We do this to ensure we meet our corporate risk appetite, following an established framework for identifying, evaluating, measuring, monitoring, and reporting that risk in order to protect client assets, client information, and firm assets. You will work in a multi-functional team in conducting effective independent risk oversight in the IT Service Management area.Reporting to the Director, this Manager role is an individual contributor who has strong understanding of IT Service Management processes to conduct policy/standard oversight; collaborate with technology and business teams to assure risks and risk management requirements are understood; assess IT Service Management processes for compliance with published standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices; perform risk assessments and testing where appropriate. It is also the expectation that the individual will establish strong partnership with our stakeholders by building trust through their subject matter expertise and integrity of their work to influence call to action, as needed, to drive sustainable changesWhat you haveTo ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.Required Qualifications2+ years of demonstratable experience in either technology operations or technology risk managementAbility to identify, assess, and prioritize potential riskExperience with data analysis and reporting, with sharp analytical skills and strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences; both oral and written is required with demonstrated presentation skillsExperience working with partners at all levels and across functional lines (audit, risk management, technology teams and business teams) to bring diverse points of view togetherAbility to work independently and proactively, with minimal guidanceAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing based on risk/business needs with effective organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization and conflict resolution skillsBachelor’s degreePreferred QualificationsExperience in financial services industryExperience with reviewing and assessing compliance against incident and problem management policies, standards, and controlsKnowledge of data analysis and reporting/visualization (e.g., Tableau) toolsAbility to effectively communicate with technical and executive audiences both oral and writtenStrong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, follow-up, and organization skillsExperience working with partners at all levels and across functional linesIn addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunitiesJob SummaryRequisition ID: 2026-125703Posted Date: 1 day ago(10/1/2026 4:48 PM)Category: Risk & RegulatorySalary Range: USD $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 / YearApplication deadline: 10/6/2026Position Type: Full time
